ABSTRACT
In the research work were talked the usefulness of femur head as biomarker of elements on example of manganese. Concentrations 12 elements were measured with Pye Unicam SP-9 acetylene-oxygen furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). It analyse cooccurrence of manganese in the women’s and men’s osseous tissue with the following elements: Ni, Mn, Cr, Cd, Pb, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mg, K, Na. Moreover there were formulated the criterions of usefulness of osseous tissue as biomarkera the exposure and also the ranges of investigations which determine in relation to the change of content of elements to environmental factors or state of health. It the speed of reaction of exchange manganese was established in function of changes hydroxyapatite as well as that element this is not the antagonist of calcium.
